We use aromatherapy uses the art and science of essential oils. These oils come from the essence of plants and are very fragrant. EO’s are too concentrated to be used undiluted on the skin and therefore will typically be diluted with a carrier oil (such as aloe- vera, jojoba, coconut, grapeseed) to lessen the chance of any skin irritation. Many essential oils are proven to be antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory & natural disinfectants.
